Mmasports: What would you wear to seduce a man?
Shana: I would wear either a low cut blouse with tight jeans and knee high boots or a sexy top and a skirt. Men love to see women in skirts. It drives them wild!!! I wouldn't wear both at the same time though unless we were going to a nightclub. Sometimes showing too much skin makes you look cheap.

Mmasports: What's the perfect date if someone was to take you out?
Shana: If a guy took me to an Italian restaurant, then the movies and afterwards an arcade, I would be on cloud 9! I love to eat and I love to play video games. I could definitely be such a guy at times! And the movie theater is a perfect place to just sit next to each other and not have to worry about keeping up a conversation. You can also build up the sexual tension since there are some limits as to what you can do in public!

Mmasports: What do you have a weakness for?
Shana: Great sex! Can't get enough of it:) Also cookies, brownies, and cake! I am such a fatty!

Mmasports: Best feature on your body?
Shana: I would have to say my butt because I work so hard to get it the way it is! I used to have a flat butt when I was younger but then I started working it out and now it's nice and round! I am very proud.

Mmasports: One bedroom tip for men?
Shana: Take your time. Make it just as much about her as you make it for yourself. Make your woman feel special and beautiful. Break out some candles and some slow music. Give her a message and make her relax. A lot of women are self conscious about their bodies but if you take the time to ease her mind she might be more willing to do more things with you.

Mmasports: What in store for you in future?
Shana: I plan to be in many magazines that showcase the different sides of me. I would like to be in fitness magazines, fashion magazines, and men's magazines (no not porn!). I have a sporty side, girly side, and sexy side. I also want to be in various catalogs that sell lingerie and bathing suits. I won't stop until I reach all of my goals and I will keep pushing myself to the limit! Watch out because I'm taking the modeling industry by storm.
